Christian Ruth, Chairman and Co-CEO Christian is founder and General Partner of Covenant Capital Holdings, a management company. Prior to founding Covenant, Mr. Ruth spent 12 years in the private equity, investment banking and venture industries and completed more than $25 billion in value creation for Fortune 500 companies and investors. Most recently, he was Vice-President at Platinum Equity, a $10 Billion buy-out firm, where he executed numerous transactions and provided strategic oversight on the operational boards of selected portfolio companies. Prior to Platinum, Mr. Ruth worked in the mergers and acquisitions departments of Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked with large and mid-sized technology companies such as Yahoo, Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Nortel Networks and AMD, among others. Mr. Ruth attended Tulane University, and received his B.S. in Management and Accounting.
Zaheer Dodhia, Co-CEO Zaheer is a successful entrepreneur who founded such companies as CentricSource, Right Solution, Typicity and Instabill. Zaheer’s expertise lies in Outsourcing, Search Engine Marketing, Management and a vision of foreseeing the “next thing”. Zaheer has a Bachelors and MBA from the Institute of Business Management. Zaheer has been in the IT business since 1998 when he started his own company while still completing his MBA. He started off as a one man operation; launching RightStats.com, a statistical site analyzing visitors to websites.
Joe Witte, Director Joe joined CentricSource in March 2003. He earned a B.S. in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. Joe recently returned from Baghdad after a year serving as an officer in a movement control team in the Army. Joe has over 10 years experience in Business Development and Marketing experience with such companies as USA Networks, Doubleclick and RSN. Joe has been in the in the outsourced design industry since 2002.
