How do I get started?

2- Provide CentricSource with a detailed job description indicating the specific skills and personality profile     of your ideal candidate

3- CentricSource will provide you with a customized agreement.

4- We will present you with potential candidates resumes and portfolios

5- Approve your candidate, and set the start date

What are your prices?
Prices vary depending on the nature of the work (design, development, SEO, etc.) and the skill level and experience of the individual. A junior level developer may start at $1920, mid level is $2200, and senior can go upwards of $2800 depending on job description. Call us at 866-526-4932 x808 for further questions

Is there a set up fee? What does it cover?
We do have a one-time set up fee of $1,500 to cover computer, software, desk, search expenses, etc. This cost is nominal compared to US costs which can run upwards of $4,000. If you require any additional software or licensing we require our customers to cover those costs.

Where is CentricSource based?
Our office is located outside of Philadelphia, PA. Our overseas office is located in Karachi, Pakistan.

How do I communicate with my designer?
We highly encourage the daily use of Skype, which is a free VOIP. Given the detailed nature of the work, most of our clients also use IM, and e-mail. Our US Account Executive will also be in touch regularly to ensure your satisfaction.

Who do I interact with?
You will have direct interaction with your designer on a daily basis. Additionally we provide a US-based Account Executive and an overseas QC Manager to assist you with any questions/concerns at no additional cost.

How can I track the progress of ongoing work?
We provide you with a project management panel which provides a detailed account of the ongoing progress of each project. It also allows you to communicate with your employee and keep a log of the progress of each project as well.

Is there a language barrier?
No, our designers are fluent in English. They also have received degrees and certificates in their respective areas of expertise.

Do I need to provide healthcare coverage and benefits?
No, although the designer is dedicated to you full time, they are a contract worker. You will not need to provide or pay additional fees for benefits unless you want to provide additional incentives to your designers.

What hours will my designer be working? US time?
We can have our employees work during the hours you require them. We recommend split hours, meaning that they is some crossover to discuss projects, usually until 11-12:00 pm EST. However, if you require alternate hours, discuss with your Account Executive and we will accommodate.

You will receive an invoice from our US office. We accept credit cards or checks. Discuss with your Account Executive and we will accommodate you.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my employee?
All of our designers work from a central location. They are supported by a QC team. We realize that in order to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction our US presence is vital. We believe that satisfied customers are the key to our growth and we will do everything possible to keep you happy. However, in the event your remote employee is not a good fit, we will promptly find someone who can better suit your needs. Our US Account Executives carefully gauge progress and how the designers are working for you. We are proactive in taking care of any issues you may have.

Where do the remote employees work?
CentricSource’s employees work in a state of the art facility in Karachi, Pakistan. All employees come to work in our facility where the receive additional support, training and management to ensure that your organization gets the highest level of work. None of our employees work from home.
